BSM Lunch

On Wednesday, January 24 Woodlawn has the opportunity to serve students at UT by providing lunch at the Baptist Student Ministries. The lunch will be a lasagna lunch with sides and dessert. There are three ways to serve: You can cook and bring a lasagna to the church, provide cookies, or go to the Longhorn BSM to serve.   You can  click here to register and select how to you desire to help.  Here is more information:

  1. Lasagna will be the main dish of the lunch and the church will purchase frozen lasagnas. Volunteers are needed to cook the provided lasagnas at home and bring them to the church hot and ready to serve on Wednesday, January 24 by 10:30AM. Lane will coordinate getting the lasagna to you.

  2. Dessert is the best part of any meal and cookies are on the menu (homemade is best!).  If you would like to bring cookies to the church for the BSM lunch, please drop the cookies off at the church office on Wednesday, January 24 by 10:30AM.

  3. You can sign up to go to the Longhorn BSM at the University of Texas and make final preparations and help serve the meal. Arrive at the church by 11:00am. The Woodlawn bus will take volunteers to and from the BSM due to limited parking and all the construction around the UT campus.

If you have any questions, please reach out to Lane at lane@woodlawnbc.org
